sometimes, i get this feeling that he has grown up
and there's not anymore moments of sweetness
then i go to check on him before i am off to bed
and there he is
full of sweetness

ahhhh thats when they are the sweetest. takes my breath away.....
I always go in and see Nate and no matter how angry he's made me that day, the love I have for him overwhelms me because he sleeps in the same position he slept in when he was a baby. on his back, head to one side and one arm, palm up, next to his head. I kiss the open palm and it involuntarily closes over my kiss and I catch my breath.
It's wonderful.
