today, the girls and i got all ready for a day in the sun. we put bathing suits on, we put sunscreen on, we grabbed our juice and diet coke and headed over to la centerra where they have a fountain. it's a little fountain/splash area we go to every now an then... when we got there, the fountain was closed for repair! the kids played for a little bit, but since there's no shade or coverings close by, it got too hot to play. i thought about letting the kids play in the water when we got home, but i was too hot at that point to sit out there some more. so, we did the next best thing. i filled my tub with colder water, let the kids keep their suits on and in they went!
