Day 3 started out with more coloring. I had the 'colors' out because jayden needed to make a card for his teacher that morning. so the girls colored and glued and cut (well, grace cut, norah tried to!)
i noticed that norah didn't even ask for the bottle that morning.
and there was breakfast - and more yogurt.
and then she wanted to watch blues clues
that's norah - showing me her paw print and saying BWOOS CWOOS! (blues clues!)
uh-oh. i predict another detox in her future.
grace made marshmallow lollipops - norah was a fan.
hey, maybe we should go into business... marshmallow lollipops. i'll have to think about that!
we went to home group last night. norah told the babysitters she had to go to the restroom and never asked for a bottle! (those are 2 things i am so thankful for!)
we came home and put the kids to bed. the quiet that came over the house was so amazing. adam made a comment about the crying we did not hear. and it was true. she fell asleep without a sound and, more importantly, with out a bottle.
i'm pretty sure this will be my last 'detox' post. as i write this, it is day 4 and she is doing so great, it's probably because she is so great!
