today was the first day of ballet classes for grace --
she was in her element, all in pink and ready to dance.

when we got there, she was a little nervous. she told me she was scared, you can see it on her face a little.
but she wasn't scared enough to not go in! she lined up, raised her little hand when they called her name, and off they went.
the viewing window is really dark, tinted glass. but if you enlarge this picture, you can see grace to the right of the empty space where the teacher sits.
this is right after the class. she had a smile from ear to ear - the whole time!
do you see any of that nervous little girl that stood in the same spot just 45 min earlier?
she loved class, wants to go back, and taught us some of her 'moves'.
all in all, it was a good day!

she's lovely! amazing how big their feelings can be for such tiny little people :)
this made me sigh when i saw the pictures...i miss her. i miss seeing this...i love the joy on her face at the end. even if she can't dance (and we know she can) the confidence this will give her will be great!
