when we were in san antonio, we went to the riverwalk. it's about a block away from the alamo.
norah, all tuckered out! 
we went for the boat ride on the riverwalk in san antonio... such a pretty ride and setting.
the riverwalk was created around the san antonio river. lots of hotels and restaurants (that all serve tex-mex, not much variety, but hey... texans love their mex). not very kid-friendly, as it was sooo crowded. the walk was only 3-4 feet wide, we had to return our stroller to the car and there was no railing, so the kids could have gone into the river on our walk :)
