On the first day of Kindergarten, Jayden made a friend named Julia. Julia told him that they would be best friends forever, but I am not so sure she meant it. Each day when I pick him up he tells me that Julia was there but didn't want to play with him. He thinks "she is just tricking me, though." We learn the fickleness of women so early.
Grace is definitely our music girl. She loves to clap and dance. She tries to jump up and down and even does a twirl. I see ballet lessons in our future!
On our walk home from school yesterday, Jayden was riding his scooter and wiped out coming down the hill. He later told me, "Mom, I am sorry to say that I cannot go swimming today."
