Last Friday, Adam and I (and about 40 other co-workers and their guests) left for the tropical paradise of Anguilla. When I mention the name of the island to people, they usually reply, "Where?" So let's give a little geography lesson...
Anguilla is in the Caribbean, closely located to St. Maartin, where we arrived when we flew from Houston to Miami to STM, then took a 19 minute ferry ride to Anguilla. And if you watch The Bachelor, they were recently on this lovely island.

And while we are on that subject, I haven't seen that many Dutch people (I call them, "My People") (not really) since the last Holland Festival I went to at Redlands Christian when I was 8 years old.

Our first evening is a formal (or as formal as the islands get!) night. The setting was poolside, and the pool is beachside... so basically, it was just amazing.
And that concludes the first day... I expect to get many, many more pictures from others who took a lot more time taking pictures with their expensive cameras. We decided to leave that responsibility to them, and took more time enjoying ourselves! :)
