Cake Time!! Norah loved hearing us sing to her. She stared up at us and smiled... so sweet. When I put the cupcake in front of her, she wasted no time grabbing for it. I had to pull it away because of the burning candle and all. But when all was extinguished, she went right to it. We had a yummy 'Sweetheart' theme with lots of Valentine's-turned-Birthday decorations.
I've been thinking about the last year, really year and a half, since we found out we were pregnant. It was at Grace's first birthday party that we announced the coming baby. At that time, Adam told everyone that in a year and a half we would all be back, celebrating another Busch Baby first birthday. It went by so fast! Here she is, almost walking, four teeth, babbling away. So much laughter and so much love she brings to our family.
Norah, which means Light, is truly a light in our lives. I am so thankful for the way she completes us.

I love her birthday cupcakes and cookies! My sister's birthday is 2/12 and growing up she always had a heart cake at her party.
