birthday girl

so, our baby turned 2 on friday. where has the time gone? we had a very fun day - and of course, a pink cake. we were at the store, picking out a cake mix.
grace kept saying, get the pink one! she want's the pink one!
i picked up a few different ones to see which she really wanted - you never know... she is a chocolate girl!
she picked pink.
so fun!

in the meantime, thank you to everyone who sent cards, made phone calls, sent gifts, even skyped... thank you for loving our little girl. she loves you, too...
