my sister joanna just got the keys to their new house yesterday! it's their first house and it brings up those feelings of when we got our home last year.
i am soo happy for them - they've been through a lot trying to find the 'right one'. they are moving this weekend, but brought sleeping bags to camp out last night. so cool, huh? what a memory for the kids (and the mom and dad!)...
so if you want to visit them, they are not in San Bernardino anymore, but Beaumont on Polyanthus SomethingOrOther...
(congrats jo! i soo wish i could help you move and decorate and explore your new home and community! love you lots and missing you so much right now!)

Such a pretty house. I love the Spanish style roof. I've always wanted a house with a roof like that.
